set HBA Flag
Hi,
I am a little confiused on the set hba command
So this is the usual command..
symmask -sid -wwn set hba_flags on os2007,spc2 -dir -p -enable
What if my windows OS is 2003... does this command still hold good???
or i gotta change above to set hba_flags on os2003
Thanks in advance,
Vivek

you need to make sure to use correct flags for your OS/clustering solution/application. If you go through E-lab navigator, it will provide the flags you need to set.Reply Vivekjaiswal001

Hi dynamox,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I am quite aware of these flags but my question is on the flags command for windows... it specifies to set on os2007 while mine is 2003.
So do i need to make changes on that command as
symmask -sid -wwn set hba_flags on os2003,spc2 -dir -p -enable
OR keep it same
symmask -sid -wwn set hba_flags on os2007,spc2 -dir -p -enable
Thanks,
VivekReply Vivekjaiswal001
