Am trying to produce a spec.  for a small server to host a VMAX combined  symcli/symapi/smc  configuration.

Is this acceptable?

I can't find any obvious reference to candidate specs  - type of server. We're using 3.8 GHz G4's with dual Emulex FC2143 HBAs for our existing consoles to manage HP EVAs and would like to manage VMAX from same host.

Can we use older lesses spec. machines to manage the VMAX consoles?

Operating System is Windows 2003.

Can anyone assist please?
