The customer is currently running SMC/SPA, yet instead of upgrading to Unisphere for VMAX, they want to install it separately on a spearate host to have it run in parallel with SMC/SPA in their environment.  Is there a specific license that would need to be installed.  Would the license(s) from SMC/SPA also be used for this separate install of Unisphere for VMAX?  The customer owns SMC/SPA.
