Using Federated Live Migration with Windows Clusters
Hello,
I'm coming across a client who states that upgrading a DMX frame to 57.73 is out of the question They then proposed using FLM to migrate to VMAXs running 58.74. I understand that FLM is a feature in 58.75, so not usable on an array running 58.74.
Apart from this, has anyone used FLM already in a clustered environment? I'm specifically wondering about clustered environments, whether they are up and running active/active (multinode cluster) all the time or whether one has to bring all cluster resources to one node in the cluster (as seems to be a softish requirement for using Open Replicator)...
Thanks,
Guus

FLM does not support devices with SCSI reservations on it but I have heard this restriction will soon be lifted.
