dsm_om_connsvc64.exe High Physical Memory usage
We have a 2008 R2 that has 98% physical memory usage and the top contributor is dsm_om_connsvc64.exe. I don't see any active processes that may cause it except the firmware version of one of the controllers is outdated. What could it be?

Hello
That is the OpenManage Connection Service. It installs with OpenManage Server Administrator, I'm not sure what other OpenManage products it installs with. You should be able to stop the service to see if the memory is freed up.
If you are having an issue with the connection service then I would uninstall the OpenManage product and install it again. Make sure to use a version compatible with the operating system. Also, the uninstaller should stop all of the services before uninstalling, but there are issues caused by services not stopping correctly. I suggest manually stopping all of the DSM services before uninstalling.
Thanks
