ITA & PC5324

I recently puchased two PC 5324 switches. On the devices and on ITA I made sure that the SNMP communities were set correctly. ITA discovered the switches no problem. But it shows them having a warning. When I check the Alert Logs for the device, there is no warning event there. On the device details page the Agent Global Status shows a warning icon. If I check the logs on the device itself, there is no warnings there either.

OK, so after more searching, I have found the issue as discussed about a year ago. It seems that I do not have a redundant power supply installed. And as of the latest post I can find, there is no way to ignore the warning.

So IT Assistant basically becomes useless because it will forever show my network in a warning state, when I know full well that I did not purchase a redundant power supply.

Has anyone from DELL found a way to deal with this yet?
