OpenManage user access

Question

I have installed OpenManager on windows 2008. My local administrator is able to login to the web interface and have full rights. After puting the server on the active directory the domain admin accounts can login to the web interface but it doesn't have admin rights. I have tryed adding the domain admin account to the OmeAdministrators group but I cannot get admin rights.

That was it you are a god thanks. You have to the users in the OMgroups individually not as a group.

What application is this? OpenManage is a platform. I see in the tags Dell Management Console, and in your description OMEAdminstrators. Is this Dell Management Console, OpenManage Essentials, or something else? Also, where are you seeing that the accounts do not have admin access?

I have installed OpenManage Essentials 1.1.0.6063

Did you add the individual user accounts or the domain admin group? You need to put them in individually. To my knowledge it will not work with a group.
