It looks like an EFI crash.

 

Did you add any new hardware recently (even a external usb drive)? Any recent firmware update?

 

This problem can be solved either by updating firmware or doing the opposite flashing the firmware. It all depends on the current server status. Dometimes the table are corrupt and wont flash properly. If that's the case you might need to replace the motherboard.
