I am so sorry. I am not that familiar with computers and had no idea that I posting this question to the wrong place. Please accept my apologies. I can assure you that this will not happen again. I didn't realize that this "help" site was for computer pros only. Guess I need to unsubscribe to all of this stuff. Next time our office updates, we won't be buying Dells.
