We are getting this on our RHEL8 systems all of sudden and indeed when trying to connect it looks to be timing out:

Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'dell-system-update_independent':
  - Curl error (28): Timeout was reached for https://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/dsu/os_independent/repodata/repomd.xml [Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds]

Is the site currently having issues?
