Camera button issue and more

Hi,
I have a new device, ROM 1.6 stock, unlocked.
If I press the camera button for a long time, camera application doesn't start, but if I do when the camera app is open, the button starts the focus simbol, so I think there is a problem of the button but softeare issue...
The same in video application, the button doesn't start a video...

Also, how can I disable vibration of right buttons (Menu, Home and Back)?

I hope I do not have to repair my device :emotion-9:
