cannot unlock

Hi,

i tried your way also. I tried using T-mobile sim and an AT&T sim also it says "SIM error, the sim card is missing or invalid. you can still make emergency calls if your service provider supports it.".

Carrier T-Mobile
Model Dell Venue Pro

i used many other sim, local sim cards but still its coming the same message.

help??
