I also have connectivity problems with pen PN5122W and an Inspiron 16 2 in 1 with nvidia / Intel card. I have updated the latest drivers and downloaded and installed the dell peripheral manager more than three times and I still have problems with Paint and Gimp. If I delete and reinstall the peripheral manager and delete and reinstall GIMP the pen seems to work, but the next time I attempt to use the pen it is not working. I have noticed the bottom menu "pen icon" when the pen is working correctly and I click on it, doesn't show the pen settings for microsoft pen pair a new device etc. to click on. I can only see the pen settings via the Dell peripheral manager, or by going into the microsoft pen settings via the microsoft start icon. But when the pen is NOT working, I can see the microsoft pen settings via the pen icon on the bottom menu bar.
