Dell Mobile Phone

First of all I would like to say DELL is such a liar and they did not even ship out my order and they keep saying they did and cannot provide tracking number. I been calling for 3 days and they keep transfering me to different person. This is the worst service and I do not want to purchase anything from dell again.

If you have your order #, you can track online at dell.com. In which country did you order the product?

It is the result of setting up your customer service in developing country. They have hard time to understand English. Support rep. are being pay by close off a service ticket, not by satisfying the customer

Your service really for mobile service. I really need the item on the weekend as a gift and you guys ruin the gift and they still ship out to the wrong address. I place another order again so I can get it by monday and the tracking number indicate it was deliver but where does it deliver to? My first order number is < ADMIN NOTE :Order id removed per privacy policy> which has the wrong shipping address and < ADMIN NOTE :Order id removed per privacy policy> which was never deliverd to my house. Dell need to hire someone who know how to speak english well so that customer can understand what the hell they are talking about. I already pay over $640 for nothing. I want my money back to my credit card and I do not want to get the phone anymore. I'm tired of going back and forth with customer service and transfering me to different person and didn't let me cancel my order what kind of service are you providing?????

You know what, you can claim the insurance from the VISA or Paypal. Since you never receive the item, you can claim it as a loss. Hope this will make you feel happier
