Dell Streak 7 Problems - PLEASE HELP!!
Hi,
Can someone please help us? My friends bought a brand new Dell Streak 7 (in a sealed box) at christmas for their daughter from a third party.
The Streak 7 has now developed problems & we cannot switch on the device whatsoever. We have tried all the basic resets, including the reset button next to the card slot, nothing. There is power on the device, the amber LED lights up when the charger is plugged in together with the home buttons.
The device is still under warranty as per the service tag, but after contacting Dell support, they do not seem to want to know without the original invoice. We have contacted the seller & found where the device was purchased & tried transferring the warranty, but still no reply from Dell after 12 days. Dell have also ignored my complaint sent by e-mail despite recieving a confirmation e-mail.
I would appreciate any help on the forum & a reply from someone at Dell if they are reading this!
