Dell Streak 7 will not turn on-force start doesn't work

No do not know where it is located on a Dell Streak 7

The reset button is located at the leftside of the sd card is so tiny.

I can't get the force power-off button to work.  I see the reply from Amy above but I do not know how to reseat the battery.  How do I get there from here?

You can find the reset hole on the side where the space is provided for SD Card, you have to push that with a needle (a flat pin even not works), and that power off. 

FYI I have tried the reset button many times and it doesn't seem to help.  I noticed that the power light stays at red and never goes to green which means there has to be a problem with the battery.  

I have the same problem you were responding to.  I'm wondering about reseating the battery as well.  I don't see a way to get into the tab to take the battery out.  How do you do this?

I have the same problem with my tablet, it is the third time that my streak 7 stuck in the Dell logo, and I have to use the reset pin hole and then I did a facory reset, but I always loss some files, I bougth my tablet in Panama in March and live in Costa Rica, it did not bring the sd card, I wish someone help me to resolve my problem. Moreover I can use the phone, it has sim card but it only works for messages.

Ok. I finally solve my problem with my tablet of rebooting every 10 second.

What i did is that i went to the safe mode, and uninstalled the app that was causing that problem.

And at last the problem gone, Togo the safe mode on Dell Straek 7":  is power on the tablet until you see the buttons lights up then press VOL - at the same time power button until it vibrates for the second time, you will noticed the safe mode at the bottom. After that  find the last app you installed is going to be trickky because you would need to search for the problem.

Where is the pin reset button?

I have recently downloaded the latest software upgrade to my streak 7. Now it turns on and only the dell sign flashes then re starts.....

From what i see and read there is a pin re set button, will this work?

Actually i found the pin re-set and this does less than nothing!

Hold in the volume up button an the on button for bout 15 seconds and it will come up a reboot screen. usin ur volume buttons to move up and down try to reboot if tht don't work do the same but do a factory reset. it will wipe ur apps but it gets it working again

well i got my streak 7 and i want to know how to reset it and where the reset button is can you help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????
