dell streak gone, when will it be back????

i smashed the screen on my streak on saturday night :( i only had it one week, which is rather frustrating since i normally look after my phones well until i get to the end of my contract.

anyway i rang dell after spending all day sunday threating and reading how the gorrilla glass cant be fixed, and the said that theyre gonna replace the phone free of charge :emotion-2:

so i was waiting for an email to say what to do about getting it to them and watever...... IT NEVER CAME.... so i was sat here about half an hour ago and a ups van rolls up asking for the phone (i obviously checked it was for dell) i was fairly shocked since it was only yesterday that i rang them, and ive heard nothing since.

sooooo when can i expect my replacement, does anyone know?? 

also i took the memory card out since it had all my files on it, they wont want this too will they??

 

im over the moon theyre replacing it, but abit mythed that im left without a phone, im not complaining though, it was my fault its smashed to be fair.
