dell updates

Question

I need a urgent patch or a way to install apk files and apps on memory card . First of all why the hell u have locked the systems and are not updating. The phone has a better processor than those like galaxy pop/fit, but u guys cant even update it to 2.2 . This shows dell does not care for their customers.Seriously after waiting for 4-5 days, i did not get any help. then why the hell have YOU created such a vast forums. YOU guys are so unhelpful.(just ignoring the problems) I  am NEVER gonna recommend dell brand to my friends. Such a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never seen before.  Why do u guys create these forums only to show how good you are but you are worst. such a powerful game not even capable of installing latest Youtube or talking tom, only loading angry birds sluggishly. SHAME on YOU and YOUR developers who dont even care to update their products EVEN IF THEY ARE UPGRADEABLE.

i got this phone thinking it will be updated seeing this page - www.pcworld.com/.../dells_aero_smartphone_an_embarrassment_to_android.html

it says-

"It (aero)ships with Android 2.1 and is already confirmed to be in line for the Android 2.2 upgrade."

but it seems dell not anly ignores customers but also lies to them :emotion-12:
