My Venue 11 Pro 7130 (i5-4210y) got some problem when external monitor through tablet mini HDMI port

Windows10
Intel Display Driver (10.18.15.4279/4300 or 20.19.15.4300/4312 or one from windows update or Dell support website)
Dell U2515/Benq RL2460HT (mini hdmi to HDMI) - black screen(0.5s) and wake up
Philips 170S ( with a hdmi to VGA active adapter) - show notice "Enter Sleep Mode" (0.5s-1s) and wake up

They also will got signal drop/sleep (or flickering) ?
Sometime it will (signal drop/sleep and wake up) per hours
Sometime it will loop (signal drop/sleep and wake up) in a minute

Is it a windows 10 ,intel display driver problem or a hardware problem with my Venue 11 Pro 7130?
