Dell Venue Not Able to Sync with Computer
I have a Dell Venue and whenever i connect it to My computer, It gives an error stating that the USB has malfunctioned and cannot be used. Tried to download the driver and still no help.
Please suggest something that can make my Dell Venue wok with my computer.
All suggestions are welcome.

Although my SD card is faulty, I have been able to download files from my PC to the phone via the USB cable. MAke sure you've got the phone set up for WiFi first, and make sure you see the "Connected" words to confirm that you've made a connection. After doing so, all my GMail contacts showed up on my phone, and later, I went to Amazon, uploaded all my MP3 files to their Cloud Player, and then downloaded the songs to my device . . . all while the cable ws connected and also running WiFi while doing the synch. I haven't a clue about the Nero software that came on the CD with the phone. It appears to have something to do with Dell Synch, but I'm clueless regarding the DellSynch feature, and Dell's supposed "Android Tech Support" has been useless. They put me on hold and left me there . . . Good luck!
