Dell Venue Pro 8 Windows Tablet
This is the information for my Dell Venue Pro Windows 8 Tablet.

I bought this item in May or June 2014.
I have been most kind and gentle with this item. I have taken excellent care of it. I have downloaded the updates needed. I did not use it for a week. I tried turning it on, but then realized it just needed to be charged as it looked like the battery died.
I plugged in the tablet to charge the battery with the included wire and included wall charger. I did this for two hours.
It turned on, got a blue screen of some kind and then died on me.
I can't seem to download and install the supported diagnostics onto my computer to do any kind of test. Yes I made sure to download and install the correct ones. Nothing is working.
This tablet died on me. I would like either a full refund of what I paid the store or a brand new free of charge tablet that Dell pays for and sends to me with them paying the bill to mail to me. I paid alot of money for this item. I will need Dell to stand behind their product that they made.
Yes I will send back the defective tablet, but on Dell's money. I paid alot of money for this item and I will need to be made whole.
Please do the right thing.
I wanted to provide an update. I called Dell and was told they will send a prepaid mailing label with a box and that they will service the tablet.

It probably is not the best way to get personal attention and service, by posting in a public forum. Recommended that you simply telephone Dell's customer support directly, rather than sitting and waiting and hoping that someone at Dell will be reading the forums.
