Issues with DELL XCD35 Mobile

Can somebody seriously help to resolve the issues with DELL XCD35 Mobile? Is this the way you treat customers? I have been searching for the problem with low disk space & text memory full warnings. Due to this issue my ife has become miserable. Really appreciate the efforts that dell is trying to cheat its customers. It has already lost market in mobile phones in India. Why still they want to run their business in India if they are not capable of giving a service to its customers. I searched the Web lik a mad to find some system updates for Dell XCD35, I searched my Service Tag in dell site and found no results. Its a hell choosing Dell. Had i chosen Samsung or HTC i could have lead a happier & easier life. Long live Dell.

SAME PROBLEM HERE. i have submitted my DELL XCD 35 phone in  Accel Delhi Center on 15 of july . Earlier you have told that my phone will be sent to accel delhi centre within 5-7 working days till 23/08/12.Everyday  i use to  phone the service centre ,they use to  say they say that they have not received the mobile and the phn is pending.sir, 2 month is very long time for any product for service. pls solve my issue as soon as possible.
