Latitude 10 will not open emails

I use comcast.net for email. My new latitude 10 will not open my emails with a double click of my stylus. It will open other applications with double click but when i try to open emails it does not work. Drop down menus will not work either. They will not stay open so you can select choice. Any suggestions
