Latitude 10 windows 8 Issues

Hi,

I have a Dell Latitude 10 tablet and it is giving windows error when I tried to start. I tried to refresh the tablet through the troubleshooting options. The tablet restarted on windows 8.1, but it does not recognise the touch screen and also showing drivers (many) error when I check the device manager.  I have to use mouse and onscreen key pad for navigation. I could not see the WIFI as well .

How to get back the tablet to the factory set conditions? Unfortunately I do not have the backup.
