Latitude 10e st2e will not boot

Hello, I need some help with my latitude 10e st2e Service Tag: JPX2RT1 It was charging and went to use it and the Power light and the camera light come on for 5 sec and then turns off with out booting. I have removed the battery and power cycled it w/o battery and re installed battery and same problem. Took the battery out and plugged in the charger and same problem. What should I try next?
