Latitude X (Boot Up issue)

Security version mismatch detected.                     Make sure you are updating to a new version of the System Firmware or contact you support representative.

Error Code = 0X10000001

Wait 3 seconds to reset system

We have tried looking around for ways to get passed this but have not been able to find a way.  The above is displayed as soon as the tablet is powered on and then reboots after the 3 seconds.  We have tried booting to the BIOS (power on and hold down the volume button) but have not had any luck.

 Any assistance with this or info/person you can point us to would be greatly appreciated.
