matrix and keyboard not working

I have a venue 8pro tablet. After replacing the matrix, the touch stopped working and the attached keyboard did not work either. The service technician said it was the fault of the tapes. I searched the Internet and couldn't find the tapes. I have a question if there is any service that has tapes. Possibly, will tapes from other Dell tablets fit?
