I have a Dell Latitude 5290 2 in 1 tablet.  All of the sudden, when I push the power button I get the white light for about 3 seconds.  The light goes off and nothing happens. If I push the power button again I get an amber light that blinks 3 times, then nothing.  I replaced the CMOS battery and still nothing.  Any help is appreciated.
