PC Suite - for Version 2.1 ?

If anyone from Dell reads this forum could they:

1. Inform us promptly the date upon which Dell PC Suite for 2.1 will be released

2. Inform us what they will be doing about the other 2.1 issues.

3. Explain what went wrong with the Dell internal quality control systems.

4. Assure us that any upgrade to 2.2 will not be beset with similar issues.

5. Say or do something to convince me to stick with Dell.

 

I like the phone but after 2.1 I cannot say the same for the software.

In the short time I have owned it I have shown it to a lot of people. Many showed genuine interest. However, in all honesty I could not recommend this phone (with 2.1) to others. Could I ask Dell to give me the reassurances and confidence to recommend Dell again?  Say something please.
