You Know Dell is not a charity and there is NO chance of getting a discount from them. The only possible way is to in the UK to look at the sites e.g. Software for schools etc to see if they can do anything. I don't hold out much hope for a Mobile Phone!! Sorry.

Thanks for the advice, thought that it wouldn't hurt to ask them.
The cheapest way to buy seems to be direct. Contracts with o2 cost about £10 to £20 more p.a.
Does anyone know if o2 run any bloatware on their sim locked devices.
