Update for Venue to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread)
Would like to know the tentative dates for the update for Dell Venue to Android 2.3. Or even if whether it's in the pipeline for the update.
Any heads up will be appreciated.

VenueGuy: Thanks for the update. I have been having too many issues with its battery life that I am planning to return it and get something else instead. Not sure whether I should even wait for the upgrade as I will be out of my return date.

I am not supprised this good stuff has such short product life, but if it would go with such short after sales service. I has just enjoyed it for 6+ months, anyway, I need gingerbread so badly!

According to email answer from JackieHforDell as of today, "Unfortunately, at this time there are no plans to upgrade the Venue to
Gingerbread in the Americas." I think that answers that, at least for "the Americas."

Is it just me or does everyone else's camera glitch up sometimes when taking a photo. It just freezes and keeps making the capture sound?
