Update for Venue to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread)

I want my gingerbread.

is any dell venue user facing the network problem in their cell? network problem means cell works well when it is new.after 2 or 3 months cell starts to loose all network tower & it will show "no sim" on display.after restarting it ,it will work perfectly for some hours then after again it will leave network and display no sim.

  twice i had face the above problem .dell takes 1 month to replace the cell.i think it is their production defect.

At this moment I am not having the problem reported. At this moment it works fine I have two months with this product. The only diference is that I upgraded it to 2.3.3

The link does not work, if you browse using the Dell Venue browser, it will request that Wifi should be on. I had it on, but it did not work. The way you check to see, if there is any update is to go to Setting and then About and there is an Option called Software Update. This will take you to same page, but without any update on it. STILL WAITING to see if Dell will come back with an update.

Go to XDA, GB has been available there for awhile now.

users of samsung , sony ericsson,lg are waiting for android 4.0 update.and we dell venue user,unlucky chap don't even know, to get 2.3 or not . without studing the software update service of dell i had taken this cell, my great mistake & will be my last mistake.

Yes, I would like my Dell Venue get updated to Andrios 2.3 as right now I am facing a lot of issue of call hanging.

Please let me know the possible solution because my phone gets hanged while I make a call or even I can not recieve a call too.
