Venue 11 Pro 5130 32 bit secure boot, signature not found
We have a significant number of the Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 32 bit tablets in our environment. Recently we have encountered an issue where devices that were configured to use secure boot are unable to boot into windows and receive a message "Operating System Loader signature not found in SecureBoot Database ('db')." on startup. Disabling secure boot does allow these machines to successfully boot into windows, but this is not a solution.
Currently it appears that this issue is being caused by windows updates, specifically KB4462918 2018-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x86 Systems.
I have not seen any other reports of this issue outside of this model device.
Has anyone else encountered this issue with this windows update?

This issue was resolved by a BIOS update that was release by Dell. Version A20 released 12/19/2018

Although your title is Venue 11, I have encounter this on Venue 8 pro very recently with the last window 10 update.
With Bios secure boot disabled, I get the exact message for signature not found. I have also enabled the secure boot in Bios setting but, now it activated Bitlocker at Startup and asking for the recovery key to proceed further.
I'm almost certain that I didn't set Bitlocker on my Venue 8 pro. From the command prompt I have tried "manage-bde -protectors C: -get" but didn't even show the recovery key.
Up until this, my Venue 8 pro was running Windows 10 without major issue from the initial introduction of Windows 10. With a limited capacity it was making the Venue 8 pro run sluggish with continuous Windows update. But it was working fine until the recent Windows update. As I had it set to auto update, it kept trying to do the update but was failing several times (probably due to lack of memory capacity). When I have deleted several files as part of C drive clean up, I guess it created enough space to proceed with auto update, I'm guessing.
I can't do anything with my Venue 8 pro. I have option between "Signature not found..." and "enter Bitlocker key". Too bad because I really liked Venue 8 Pro. I don't know what option I have to fix this. = (
