Venue 11 pro keyboard battery issue

Question

Hi everyone,

I just got venue keyboard for my 11 pro 7140. All works, but can't seem to identify the battery. Then connected to tablet, the led code 4 quick amber flashes and one longer white, it goes for 20min or so and then only amber flashes. Things I tried so far:

1. charge keyboard directly, left it for 4h or so => then plugged in led light comes on for 30s then goes blank.

2. charge keyboard connected to the tablet => on BIOS and Windows the keyboard battery not present, getting quick amber flashes all the time.

3. reinstall all keyboard drivers
