Venue Pro Unlock Code
Have been going round and round with Dell Support trying to get the unlock code for my cell phone. Have sent them email after email and they say someone will get back in 2 business days. Nobody ever does and the only way I ever get an answer is when I send an email asking what the status is. I wouldn't think it is too difficult to unlock the phone. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this taken care of or how to file a complaint with someone higher up who can help solve this problem?
