You cannot do it directly from the tablet. You need to have a compatible media adapter to stream from the tablet to the TV.
The one Dell has advertised is the Netgear Push2TV Wireless HDTV Adapter. While Dell shows it as an available add-on option, it isn't listed on the options page for purchase. You can get it through Amazon for about $60. There are others out there as well that are Miracast compatible. Just do a search.

To further clarify. If your TV is Miracast enabled, you can do it from the tablet. Enable Miracast setting on your TV, and on the tablet it should be enabled by going to Settings>Display>Wireless display. You then turn on the wireless display and search for your device to connect. If your device is not Miracast enabled, that's when you'll need the adapter.

Can I transmit or broadcast the display signal from one Android Venue to another Android Venue?

The tabs are transmitters not receivers, so no you cannot.

If you are simply looking to beam video/photo from your tablet to your wifi enabled tv, like a samsung smart tv, then get the zappo app for samsung tv. It is not the greatest for unbuffered video beaming to tv, but works.
I don't know if Dell Venue 8 is DLNA compatible. If it is, I wonder why we cannot do this without this Zappo App, just like my Samung Galaxy S3 Smartphone. I simply see the All Share or TV icon when playing a video on the phone and connected to my home wifi and then it displays on the video on the TV.

I have the Netgear Push 2 TV and I can confirm it works with this tablet. However the resolution is only 480P. No response from Dell or Netgear why this is not 720P like the Display on the tablet.
