WMV Play-back and 2.1 update

As a Dell customer I feel very much ignored and abandon.

 

My device manufacture is Dell – (Dell Streak) and mobile service provider is O2, however when my device is in trouble neither Dell nor O2 have any idea of a rescue package.

 

Dell thinks – its O2’s job and O2 says – Dell should be responsible, at the end of the day neither party knows me – yet I paid close to £500 for the device.

 

After update:

 

(1)   Front facing camera- dead

(2)   Pc suite – dead

(3)   WMV playback – dead     

 

This list can go on and on and on – to me an upgrade/update means enhancement of existing facilities and introduction of additional features. What shall we call this "update" - I will leave it for to decide.

 

Can somebody pls tell me, how I can play WMV files directly from web pages.
