XPS 10 keyboard
Hi
For some reason my keyboard isn't working when my tablet is docked. I also can't use the touchscreen .I have to undock and use the touchscreen. Could I have inadvertently switched it off somehow or is there a problem? Any tips gratefully received

Is your battery dead (in the dock)? Plug the AC adapter into the dock and try again. If it still isn't working, make sure you have a solid connection to the dock (the release latch should click to the center position). I haven't seen the touchscreen not work when docked - can you confirm that it doesn't work when docked but does work fine when undocked?
