Are you sure it's the license that expires? Or is it the support date? Normally you get permanent licenses when you first install a Unity.

Hello Sidney Brian,
I am seeing that both systems were installed on July 19th, and 20th of 2019. With knowing that your hardware warranty is set to expire on 19th and 20th of July 2024.

it is your hardware warranty, not your license.
