License key for Unity VSA

hi everyone

I get this error every time I try "There is an issue connecting to the license server. Please try after sometime or contact the administrator". I tried with different browsers and the problem still persists Even 5.4, the problem persists

This is my uuid: 13544B5C-E39E-7A21-C502-18176655879C

Can anyone help me?

Here's my UUID with the same issue described above.  What should I do?

Hello everyone.


I’ve been facing the same issue since last Thursday. I’ve tried multiple times to obtain the license on the page https://www.dellemc.com/en-us/auth/elmeval.htm, but it keeps returning the same error.

Is there any other way to obtain the license?

You can try calling the license team. 800-782-4362, option 4, option 4

@DELL-Josh Cr​ Talking to them now.  They don't have a clue. They asked for a serial number but didn't recognize the SN displayed in the Unity console in VMware as a valid one.  They didn't know what the UUID was. 😑

Now look how crazy this is. You call support and the guys don't even know what UUID is.

Has anyone managed to generate the license through the portal or by phone provided here on the channel?

Or the problem still persists?

We do not have the ability to generate licenses.
