Unity SPs high utilization

Hello

We have Unity 380XT and while checking the pre upgrade check, get informed that the SPs is high utilized as the below photo:

and after checking the performance, i noticed that SPs are highly utilized, so i stop all replication and snapshots, also delete around 20 LUNs but still the same issue.

So there is anyway to know the reason for this utilization.
