Demos for Xen, and/or Virtual Iron?

Have you had the chance to play with VirtualIron's product yet?

I agree ! -- Maybe Puneet or Bala, or someone else from the Virtulization Engineering team is lurking. I've been focused on Dell OpenManage right now. About to post three demos on new functionality in the 5.3 release.
