ESXi vmnic stops passing traffic
Within just a few days we have had the same issue for two customers. For no reason suddenly the vmnic stops passing traffic. This is on a Dell R720 and a HP 360 G8. The common factor here is that the issue is on a onboard Broadcom NIC port 3. Anyone else seen this issue and know how to fix? The VM's are all fine, they just can't send anything

Both servers are running on 5.0 build 768111. 1 GbE, running on Broadcom 5720qp with tg3. LAN traffic and as far as we can see there was no event on switch, port or network on either of the customers sites. Have found articles mentioning what seems to be similiar issues, and that VMware is waiting for driver updates from Broadcom. So that might be the fix, but interested in hearing if anyone got any suggestions or similar cases
