R900 with 24 cores and VMware ESX

Hi Todd

Interesting results. So what did running the same test using VMware ESX or Citrix XenServer produce? Be interesting see the comaprisons using the same hardware.

I didn't run the same test with ESX or XenServer. In the case of ESX there is a the VMMark benchmark that VMware manages which is used to show performance. Dell has been a big particiapant in VMmark since it started. In the case of XenServer, I haven't had any time to do performance testing with it. If enough people are interested, I would be willing to do some XenServer testing.
