6.7 alert question

1. Is this possible to set email alerts on alerts & Remedy ticket generation to respective parties act upon it?

The short answer is "yes".

A more detailed answer depends on your specific requirements for email notification and Remedy ticket generation. You can easily configure email notification through the Rule UI, as discussed in 6.7 how to create emails for critical alarms. Generating tickets in Remedy is a bit more involved. More complex integrations with Remedy involving bi-directional acknowledgement and clearing of alarms typically requires some PSO to set up.
