Yes. Remove it with TM, Ad-aware, or whatever you use.

I did use TM to find out that I had that item that I mentioned. Unless there is another program that can take the spyware out, I'll just use TM to remove the spyware mentioned.

I ran a full scan with AVG antispyware, but no luck with. Windows Defender wouldn't pick it up so my only option is to either use something else or use the house call scan to remove the item. I don't have ad-aware and I don't know what TM is.

If I use TM to remove the program,  the left hand side of the screen goes to processing intections and the last infection that is being processed is TROJ_DLOADER.PWQ
 
If I wait a few minutes, nothing seems to happen. If I bring up the windows task manager, nothing freezes, in other words, I don't have to hit end task for something. No error messages appear. I have ANG anitspyware and windows defender, but the above item mentioned doesn't show up in either program if I run a scan.
