Ad-Aware SE Updates (Free Version)
This program has such freqent updates that if too much time goes by between updates I get concerned. The last one I show is SE1R23 16.12.2004. Am I getting paranoid or is everything cool. Thanks for your responses.

Ad-Aware updates about once a week at the most I have found.
