adware 180solution

Question

When I run Norton it gives me the name RCX6F.tmp which I've now seen is the adware.180solutions and I can't get it removed. I went to the Norton site and searched it. I found how to get rid of it but when searching my comp. it doesn't show up anywhere. I've searched through system files and hidden files etc... not found. I follow the path but can't seem to find the C:\windows\downloadedprogramsfile\RCX6F.TMP  path to hunt it down to kill myself. Please suggest a place to check for it. I looked in quite a few downloads also. I know my kids (even though I said no!!) recently downloaded Limewire.exe. Could it be there with another name or hiding? Thanks Bee

That's what so strange. I have ad-aware and I've got the new defs. I always run it. It is not picking it up. Only Norton is and it won't delete it. I also can't find it then when it gives me the path. Any other ideas. I ran ad aware so many times and it just doesn't find it. Thanks though for the idea. Beth
