ALERT message From SpyBOT

I recently downloaded the newest updates from SpyBOt and now I get this

 message after I scan my computer.  I have never seen this before and 

I don't know if I should clean this or not. Is my Registry infected?

 What should I do?  The Alert is in Red, but the text is Black. I have

A Dimension 4500, Windows XP.  I do not have Service Pack2.
