Download, update and then run a scan with any of the free and popular on the Dell forums anti spyware utilities listed below.  I listed several antivirus programs as well, if you don't already have one. On the antivirus, never have more than one running at the same time or they can cause conflicts with each other.

 

I personally have Avast and ZoneAlarm running in the background at all times.  Then at least twice a month I run anti spyware scans with Ad-Aware and Spybot. Sometimes one finds something the other doesn't.
